Introduction: 9FQ Series Hammer Mill is the most ideal milling equipment of all kinds of wood pieces, straw, grass, stalk, tree branches, waste cardboard, bamboo, wood scrap, corn stalk, peanut shell, wheat stalk, wood fuel, cotton stalk, biomass shell and so on, which can crush the raw material into small particles with size 3~5mm.

Working principles : it is made of material scooter ,crushing chamber ,conveying installation and other parts .Crushing chamber has rotor which is made of disk and removable hammer .sieve and gear plate are also important working parts of crusher .The processing materials run into the crushing chamber through the skateboard when working ,and then striked and rubbed by the high-speed rotating hammers and collision on the gear plate and then the materials will be crushed into a proper size and leaked through the sieve .the leaked materials will be sent to the gathered tube through conveying fan and delivery pipe , and then by way of further separation ,the power go into the bag from below and air is exhausted from the above .

 

The raw materials can be crushed into straw particles, whose diameter is 3-5mm. The durable hammer mill works with high efficiency and gains more good reputation from European users.

 

The machine can be driven by motor, diesel engine, tractor.
