Explanation :Bio-diesel is a kind of fuel which is can be replaceable of diesel from combined vegetable oil and fatty acid alkyl ester in animal fat.At present,most of bio-diesel is made from soybean oil, methanol with a alcaline catalyzer.Anyhow,there are most of undigestive and cheap oil can be transformed into bio-diesel.
Working principle:Vegetable oils are triglycerides, containing glycerine. The biodiesel process turns the oils and fats into esters, separating out the glycerine. The glycerine sinks to the bottom and the biodiesel floats on top and can be syphoned off.The process is called transesterification, which substitutes alcohol for the glycerine in a chemical reaction, using lye as a catalyst.The capacity:10Ton to 20Ton
