As the raw material different sources, different quality. In order to get oil in high quality,we need serveral steps.
1.The pre-processing. Simply speaking,The Pre-processing is to remove impurities and water,which plays an important role in the next esterification reaction.
2. Esterification reaction. It needs stainless steel or enamel material 316L and suitable amount catalysts used to react with the raw oil. Serveral hours later,we will get the qualified biodiesel.

3.Distillation. Under the heat, humidity, pressure in the Distillation Tank,the raw biodiesel oil will turn into qualified biodiesel oil,whose color and the brightness will be both in the national qualification. What’s more,the biodisel oil don’t need flitered once more.
4. The automatic recovery system of methanol. During the Esterification reaction, there are some residual catalysts, which the system will make them recovery. Exactly speaking, the standard will get the level 95%--the national standard.
